Russian Visa

Dear participants,

nationals of most countries need an entry visa to Russia. Obtaining it is your responsibility.
The Forum’s Organizing Committee provides visa support to all Forum participants and provides everyone with the invitations needed to obtain a Russian visa.

Please refer to your local consulate for more detailed information and request the visa support from your representative of the Forum’s Organizing Committee.

The process of issuing a visa may take a long time, so we advise you to file your application as early as possible.
The price of the visa varies depending on the time when the necessary paperwork has been filed.
When you reserve a hotel room make sure you request official confirmation for visa support.

PLEASE PREPARE THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE RUSSIAN VISA AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

Transfer

You can use public transport between airports and the city center, but we recommend hiring a taxi or pre-booking transportation through your hotel. The transfer from the airport to the hotel usually takes about 90 minutes (depending on the traffic). Also please remark, the Forum participants are booking airline tickets to and from Moscow at their own expense.

There are several easy ways to get from Moscow’s Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports to the city:

Taxi – the airports’ official carriers have stands in the arrivals lounge (excluding Terminal Е in Sheremetyevo). The Organizing Committee does not recommend participants the use of unregistered taxis.

Aeroexpress – the railway charter that takes you from the airport right to the Moscow’s center:

a.    Sheremetyevo – the train departs every 30 minutes to Belorusskaya Station

(7, Ploshchad Tverskoi Zastavy, metro station Belorusskaya).

Ticket price - 320 rubles. Travel time 40 minutes.

b.    Domodedovo – the train departs every 30 minutes to Paveletsky Station

(1A, Paveletskaya Ploshchad, metro station Paveletskaya).

Ticket price - 320 rubles. Travel time 45 minutes.

A number of hotels for participants accommodation are marked on the map as well as Aeroexpress terminals.

Bus:
a.    Sheremetyevo – Bus 851 to metro station Rechnoi Vokzal and Bus 817 to metro station Planernaya depart from all terminals every 20 minutes. The ticket costs 28 rubles. Travel time 40 to 50 minutes (heavily depend from the traffic).
b.    Domodedovo – free express buses to the metro station Domodedovskaya depart every 15 minutes. Travel time 25 to 30 minutes (heavily depend from the traffic).

We are looking forward to see you at the Forum!
